Redemption Center

GIFTKING to provide customers with a true one-stop service, in particular the establishment of professionaland sizable redemption center services, customers do not have to personally deal with this, gifts can be handed inthe hands of customers, so purchasing gifts easier!

Transport processes

After the completion of the production of goods, our QC department will make quality and safety inspection, and then transported directly from domestic factories to Hong Kong Redemption Center, redemption can choose to gift Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories Redemption center in exchange for gifts. Account Executive redemption centers we have received rigorous training, including product knowledge and capabilities to answer customer questions on basic gifts (gift instructions).

Warehousing Services

Customers can choose to redeem the gift store in our warehouses, to reduce the provincial product transportation / warehousing costs, giving a view to ensure customer confidence and improve services.
